During my teenage years, I developed a keen interest in natural remedies and all aspects of natural health. I became interested in naturopathy, vegetarianism, emotional therapies, NLP, body awareness, and so on. I felt that looking after myself was a way of also looking after the natural world around me and my immediate environment, because it enabled me to be more sensitive, mindful and centred, allowing me to remain attentive to what was happening both outside and inside me.
I view health as a holistic approach to wellbeing that takes into account the physical, energetic, emotional, mental, social, environmental and spiritual dimensions. I specialise in therapies of Eastern origin, such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda and Thai massage; herbal therapies, that is, those which utilise the plant kingdom according to various principles (Eastern phytotherapy, magical herbalism, aromatherapy, Bach flower remedies, etc.); energy therapies focused on subtle work within the body using tools such as Reiki or crystal therapy; as well as the relationship between the environment and health, based on ecopsychology and various forms of ecotherapy (forest bathing, ecosomatics, nature journaling, etc.).
